Charming hotel in heart of Stone Town.

Stunning, historic hotel with attentive, friendly staff. I just finished my stay here and loved every minute. The hotel is clean and beautifully furnished with pieces from the owners' personal collection. It is located in the heart of Stone Town, near restaurants, the historic center, and more. Breakfast is delicious! The bread basket was a highlight for my whole family. The service was top notch. Highly highly recommend!

One of the Best Hotel Experiences We’ve Had.

We had a truly wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with great professionalism, warmth, and genuine kindness. Every day, we were touched by the small attentions and thoughtful gestures from the staff, which made us feel truly cared for. The entire place is impeccably clean and maintained to the highest standards. The decoration is tasteful, elegant, and creates a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. We felt at home and very well looked after. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team — we highly recommend this place and would gladly return!

Dream holiday in Zanzibar.

We stayed 6 nights at Kisiwa on the beach and enjoyed every minute of it. I have never seen such dedicated staff who want to read every wish from the eyes of guests. The just over 20 villas are tastefully decorated, the beds comfortable and the bathroom modern. The facility is very well maintained and provided with great attention to detail. I can also recommend the SPA with conviction. Impressive was the service and the warm treatment with the guests.are very reasonable considering they have a captive audience. I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful place. Thanks to everyone for this lovely time and the feeling of being able to arrive here as a friend and not as a tourist.
